This “slump” must turn around NOW. I haven’t done any damage, but I haven’t lost anything in a good two months, either. So I just put next week’s workouts in my calendar and will be planning healthy meals for the week as well. I will NOT go back to the way things were. I love myself too much for that. Now… to just do it.
